New skirt, first ever maxi skirt and already totally in love!

Ellenor has her 9 month doctors appointment on Monday. We were both thrilled to learn that no shots were needed that day! She is now a whole 16 lbs 2 ounces. Her cousin who is two weeks older has 5 pounds on her. Don't worry Hailey, we still love you!

Today at Costco we received the best compliment!!! At Costco after you load the goods onto the belt the worker pulls the cart behind them to load it while you stay on the opposite side of the counter. The two ladies working were in love with Ellie and talking to her the whole time. She in turn gave them her undivided attention and a straight face. After we finish checking out the cashier leans in a little closer. She tells us that they can tell a lot about a home by the way the child reacts when they get separated from their parents for those brief moments. She said that she could tell by how comfortable Ellie was that we were doing something right. She really is such a good, happy baby. I don't know if it is so much how we are raising her than it is just her personality. She is a sassy girl already and is so friendly. She loves anyone that gives her attention and even will bite your nose with her four teeth if your lucky. It's amazing how the biggest blessings in life can come in the smallest packages, or bodies!
